Message from the
Founder + Chief Solutions Officer
Gary Rizzato
After nearly 20 years in facilities support services, infrastructure development, and capital and real estate management, I had seen what the industry did well—and where it fell short. Too often, I watched service providers focus on execution alone, treating clients as accounts and employees as headcount. I knew there was a better way. That's why I helped start inCollaborative: to build a company defined not by what we do, but by who we do it for.
We exist to serve two groups of people, and everything else follows from that.
The first is our partners and clients. We don't believe in transactional relationships. We believe in showing up with insight, intention, and innovation—understanding your environment deeply enough to elevate it, not just manage it. We bring a values-driven approach to healthcare infrastructure, rooted in service, integrity, and long-term partnership. Our commitment is simple and unwavering: Clients for Life.
The second is our people. The employees who support our solutions are the ones who deliver on every promise we make. I founded inCollaborative believing that if we build a workplace where people feel valued, respected, and invested in—where their expertise is developed and their contributions matter—excellence for our clients takes care of itself. A better work environment isn't a perk here. It's our business model.
My background as a Subject Matter Expert in regulatory compliance and environmental health and safety has taught me that strong programs are built on strong foundations. I've led initiatives supporting $100M+ in revenue growth and overseen $1B+ in P&L accountability, but the numbers have never been the point. Success is measured in the trust we build, the standards we raise, and the futures we help shape.
Transforming the Environment of Care starts with transforming how we show up—for our partners, for our teams, and for the communities we serve. That's the purpose inCollaborative was built on, and it's the promise we keep every day.
